On April 10, Taikang Pension Insurance Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Taikang Pension") released relevant information on change of registered capitaljigsInformation disclosure announcement.

According to the announcement, the capital increase amount is RMB 2 billion Yuan, all of which are contributed by Taikang Insurance Group Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Taikang Insurance Group"), the shareholder of the Company, in monetary form. Taikang Asset Management Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Taikang Assets") does not participate in this capital increase, and there is no new shareholder. After capital increase, all of them are included in Taikang pension registered capital.

After the capital increase is completed, Taikang pension registered capital will be increased from 7 billion yuan to 9 billion yuan, Taikang Insurance Group shareholder shareholding ratio from 99jigs.14% was changed to 99.33%, and the shareholder shareholding ratio of Taikang Assets was changed from 0.86% to 0.67%.

The announcement shows that the capital increase is to meet the needs of Taikang pension business development and solvency, according to the current operation status and business development planning of Taikang Pension.

It should be noted that Taikang Pension frequently promoted capital increase last year. In June 2023, Taikang Pension was increased by Taikang Insurance Group by RMB 1 billion Yuan; in August of the same year, Taikang Pension issued another capital increase plan, and Taikang Insurance Group increased capital by RMB 1 billion Yuan to Taikang Pension.

In addition, on February 26 this year, Taikang pension official website issued an announcement said, The General Administration of Financial Supervision has approved Chen Dongsheng Taikang pension chairman qualification, Now Chen Dongsheng as Taikang pension chairman.
